Are Luslogpro string lights battery operated?

Do you offer USB-powered or smart app-controlled options?

Yes. Our USB string lights plug into any phone charger or power bank — ideal for parties, events, and storefronts. Our smart RGB lights connect via Bluetooth to a free app for 16M color control and music sync.

Can I use these string lights outdoors in the rain?

All Luslogpro string lights are IP44 rated — splash-resistant and safe for covered outdoor use such as patios, garden parties, and wedding arches. Keep the battery box or USB controller sheltered from direct rain. They are not designed for full submersion or heavy downpours.

How long are the string light strands?

Length varies by product type. Battery fairy lights are typically 3–10 ft for compact DIY use. USB string lights run up to 100m for large events. Curtain & icicle lights are available in wide-area panel sizes. Full dimensions are listed on each product page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the initial scan. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@luslogpro.com with your order number.

My tracking number shows no updates — what should I do?

This is normal — tracking data can take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement after 3 full business days, email us your order number (e.g., #1001) at info@luslogpro.com and we'll look into it right away.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $50 USD ship free worldwide with tracking. Orders under $50 have a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

How should I store my string lights when not in use?

Turn off and unplug the lights before storing. Coil the strands loosely in wide loops — avoid tight wrapping which can stress the copper wire over time. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heavy objects.
