Your tracking number is sent automatically in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, email us at info@luslogpro.com with your order number.

Why is my tracking showing no updates?

This is normal — tracking data can take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier. If there's still no movement after 3 full business days, email us at info@luslogpro.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

First, check the tracking tool above for the latest status. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, email info@luslogpro.com with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Can I check my order status without a tracking number?

Yes. Email us at info@luslogpro.com with your full name and order number (or the email used at checkout) and we'll look up your shipment status for you.
